Venezuelan Drug Cartel Linked To OPL
SAO PAULO, BRAZIL – Brazilian secret services has reported that the OPL has strong ties and backing to the Joya Del Oeste, a large drug cartel in Venezuela. The Joya Del Oeste of the state-owned Venezuelan shipping company has recently come under pressure from the United Nations Security Council regarding their involvement in a recent boat captured off of the Georgian coast suspected of carrying illegal arms.
