Demonstrations Intensify in Georgia
TBILISI, GEORGIA – Anti-Government demonstrations here have intensified and are being met with military and police forces. Military and Policy have responded with tear gas, rubber bullets, and batons. The situation in Georgia has continued to deteriorate both domestically and internationally since supposed Georgian attacks in Abkhazia and the assassination of the Georgian Minister of Internal Affairs, Vano Merabishvili.
